Yes, my shortfilm is making good progress, against all my expectations. In fact, I've been spending more time on it than on both GTA SA and SC Chaos Theory (another favourite that I often dust off for a quick half-hour).
Anyway, so I am now in the process of finalising the draft for the script/voice-over, and am now starting to concentrate on setting up and laying out all the scenes for the first episode, so that once I finish the script, and get a voice-artist to record the VO, I can start animating (which is what this whole thing is all about)
